Barry Levy holds a Masters degree in Economics from Washington University at St. Louis and uses his 15 years of past experience in the Mortgage industry to your advantage in his quest to find the most suitable financing for each buyer client by keeping a comprehensive list of below-market financing programs and other subsidies available to homebuyers. He keeps tabs on the best lenders and programs available, and recommends competent and experienced loan officers for our clients; thus, he can provide 'special financing' options as applicable. In addition, he often assists clients by pointing out special tax benefits. Barry is a skilled and expert negotiator and works hard to be your excellent buyer agent, helping you make the choices that are best for you, as applicable to your unique situation.

Ellen Levy graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Architectural Sciences, and went on to earn a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.

Her background in urban research has remained with her in her ability to analyze trends in the housing market and pinpoint the market value of a piece of real estate.

Though her real estate career began in Boston in 1979, Ellen moved to Washington, DC in 1985.

Ellen is a marketing specialist. She knows what works and what doesn't. She uses her experience of over twenty years to market your property so that it sells quickly, and for top dollar. She is also an excellent buyer agent and has helped hundreds of people find homes that meet their needs.
